Khalil Madyun: Bio

Singer/Songwriter Khalil Madyun creates music with a soulful blend of R&B and Pop that has a smooth warm sound. Performing on piano and guitar Khalil weaves you into his world with emotional vulnerability paired with vocal confidence, catchy lyrics, and melodies that stay in your head.

In 2004, Khalil was selected and performed his song, " How Many Ways" in the Songwriter's Hall of Fame's 52nd New Writers Showcase. "How Many Ways" is featured on the 2005 compilation CD, "The Best of the Songwriters Hall of Fame New Writers Showcase, Volume 3".

Two years later, Khalil Madyun wrote, produced, and released a self-titled debut EP. John Book of OKPlayer.com says in his review "... think of the best elements of Babyface, Me'shell N' degeocello, and Christopher Cross... he's a songwriter whose songs could become this generations Stevie Wonder or Bernie Taupin. "Where Did Our Love Go" is a favorite and his most requested song. It was also featured in a listening session at ASCAP's songwriter conference, "I Create Music".

Love Peace Freedom, Khalil's full length CD, was released November 2012. Among his most popular songs are "I Need You" and "Dream Baby". Written and produced by Khalil, Love Peace Freedom showcases his versatility and his super smooth style.
